Dr.Medina is just an absolute gem. She made me feel so seen and heard, I have never felt so comfortable in a doctors office in my life. You can just tell she genuinely cares about her patients. If I could give 100 stars I would, 5/5 does not do justice.
We put up with this Dr for too long! This doctor has been the most incompetent and going downhill for years now. When they added it in joining the hell that they joined, it’s screwed over people that actually want what they’re worth out of insurance. You can go in and tell these doctors during one appointment the things that you need help with and they will not focus on the thing that you need help with.
