I purchased a heater core from this place They didn't bother to package it properly, so it became damaged in shipping. My refund took 3 weeks plus an apparent 15% restock fee. I paid for return shipping. They might as well be named Ripoff auto parts. They are horribly incompetent, inconsiderate, and unethical.
