Awesome location and price! We loved our time living at Rochester Place. Lived here in college and came back once I got married. While the apartments may be in older buildings (only reason for 1 less star), it’s nearly impossible to beat their price and location. We absolutely loved being able to walk downtown in 10 mins or so, we loved the grounds and picnic areas at Rochester Place, being right next to the Paint Creek Trail was awesome (the creek flows through the property), we had some phenomenal neighbors, and the staff ... read more

its nice but loud I love living here because the location is great, most of my neighbors are nice, and its reasonably priced, but it feels like a frat house here most nights. It almost feels like OU students have infested these apartments. It's loud at all hours, random drunk people bang on the main door all the time, parties consist of any night of the week, and there is just so much loud music. They say quiet hours start at 10 but nobody follows that rule. I feel horrible especially in my building because there are several... read more

There’s black mold There’s black mold and it’s the renters responsibility to get rid of it definitely don’t sign a lease here and be sure to read your lease agreement in full!

We address water damaged areas as soon as we are made aware and expect the resident to keep clean the areas that are in contact with water on a daily basis. Horrible Staff and very cheap apartments The employees are extremely rude and you can tell they all hate their job. We called with issues once and was greeted with a "not my problem" when clearly its the apartment complexes issue. Was SEVERELY overcharged for painting one wall (apparently it cost $110.54 to paint one wall that already was painted back to white for a second coat). This place SUCKs The apartment staff are not professions the apartments are old and not well maintained. I live here and the maintenance folks are sloppy and less a mess generally when they complete jobs. The parent company is also completely irresponsible Hartman-tyner

Horrible place to live These people that run this complex have no integrity. The apartment is like living in a barn it's drafty and the staff is unprofessional
Great place to call home! Friendly,helpful and very courteous staff member Amy I believe. I looked at a few apartments a few years back. They were impecable btw. Friendly and so very willing to help me. Things fell through needles to say. Now I'm returning to get a new apartment. Quiet cozy atmosphere. I just really really loved the place that's why I'm returning. Thanks a lot ???? Amy was the person I spoke with and she was very very helpful and did everything she could to help. Last review I can't believe to be true.
not a nice place called and they don't say not but hello . also they cut you off and act like they don't want new people to move in. for the price you can find a nicer and better place with people costume service this place is very poor

It's cheap for the area though Pros The local area is nice. It's near a park and a good trail. The price is cheap. Cons The carpet is hard. The appliances are old. The windows and air conditioning units are not well sealed. You can hear everything said in the shared hallway from your apartment.
