Old Infrastructure, Greedy Landlords In a year of living here, there have been a total of 10+ days without hot water. The system is ancient and they keep slapping band-aids on it. Oh, and 75% of the time the residents do not receive any communication that the water is off, hot water unavailable, etc. I've kept records. But they raised the rent. That's cute. No heat for the first 2 months we lived there (Jan 2022- March 2022). No running water for months on and off as well as no hot water consistently.Bugs and black mold filled the apartment. Leaking sinks, would ruin our stuff. Leaking refrigerator. Unlivable conditions.

Over priced The way they are raising the rent is ridiculous, I have been a renter here for about 4 to 5 years. There is nothing special about our apartment we have the old carpet throughout our apartment, the air conditioner in both the living room and the room has a big hole throughout the outer part of it to where you can see outside. For the price that we are paying you would think they would upgrade my apartment give us the new hardwood tile floor, paint our walls! Do not recommend to rent an apartment in this place My bathroom faucet leaked bad for three years. they only fixed it temporarily saying they would order parts. This year leaked bad again, I had call so many times from early August until November 22nd, the day I moved out, but they either blamed me for not giving them free pass(I called a couple of weeks ahead to set up an appointment, or most of times they totally forgot I requested and they didn't order parts etc.
Love It Here I have been living at Rochester Place for three years. I cannot stress enough what a great experience I have had. Maintenance here is awesome. These guys are always timely, polite and get the job done. Plus they like my cat which wins points with me! Every interaction I have had with Bill and Jeff have been great. The cheapest in Rochester for a reason. I lived at this complex for two years. They are slum lords. My roommate and I are finally free of them after they took our security deposit to upgrade their dated counter tops. Don't even think about painting either because they WILL charge you for an extra coat of paint even though you already painted.. Great Experience I had a really great experience at this apartment complex! Amy was so helpful and kept my 2 grandchildren entertained while I secured a lease. My daughter and I were not only impressed by her multi tasking and organization but her wonderful sense of humor! I am so looking forward to moving into my apartment!

Neighbors Would love to see over hangs, so i don't get soaked trying to get into apt building. Would love a vent (exhaust fan) in hallway so i can turn it on when I get smoked out by my neighbors, aka (not cigarettes). would love linoleum instead of carpet. Would love more than one washer and dryer for the whole building (11 apartments). Ps dogs r way over 20lbs and no microwaves Beside that it's all good here, those r just my personal preferences, the management here is most kind
