The ER has misdiagnosed 2 of my kids. Once the Dr. smuggly told me my son only had a bug but I insisted she was wrong. They sent me to Children's to find out he had Intussusception.
TRASH TRASH AND MORE TRASH! Why did I just see a mouse in the hospital!!! Then one of your staff members said that you used to have many of them! WHAT?!? I already HATED this hospital for the HORRIBLE service but now you have NASTY mice!

I cannot say enough good things about this hospital and the incredible staff they have. The love & compassion from the time of my sister's care and attention she received from the Nurses on down the line, was nothing short of amazing. Let me say, due to the excellent care from staff provided, that they turned a nightmare into a promising dream. Thank you so much & a special Thank you to the Nurses on 2100 unit. especially Nurse Stephanie who has got a heart of gold & is such an amazing person!!

Urgent care is the worst facility I have ever experienced. Sat for over 2 hrs and told doctors were called out for "emergency " yet watched several others that came in after be called back and leave. place is a joke
