One of the best dealership interactions I’ve had. Easy buying experience, zero pressure to buy or not buy, went above and beyond to have any questions answered. Would 100% recommend Ford of Rochester if you’re looking for a new vehicle. Chase and Bri were great.
During my car search I have visited 3 different dealerships before I landed at this one. I have had many vehicles and bought them from many different dealerships but this one may have been the best experience. They made the process very quick and easy. Very friendly staff as well. Also very happy with my purchase!

Promised a call back and got a run around! I do not advise dealing with this dealership. They ran my credit, and never called back. You should not have to initiate contact back to a sales person or director of finance for a response! Buyer be warned
