The conversion of our wood Fireplace to Gas was very well done. The installers worked very well together and made it very easy for us. the instructions of how to use the remote made it very easy for us to take control of the comfort level in our living room. We are anticipating many evenings of relaxing and watching the flames glow as the room is warmed. The lack of having to cleaning up the fireplace will make our lives much easier.
I can't express enough how happy I am to have found Rochester Fireplace for my renovation. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with these fine people. I left a detailed review on Google but, in a nutshell, you owe it to yourself to shop here. I am one very satisfied customer.
We are very happy with our new firplace and Cam and Jim did an excellent job putting it in. We highly recommend them. I had the BEST experience with this company! My husband and I called to have our fireplace looked at, and since it was so old, we were convinced that we needed a new unit. The very friendly gentleman arrived and explained that it needed cleaning. He cleaned it thoroughly and took the time to show me how to take care of the problem if it should ever happen again.
