We purchased a gas insert in 2011 for our home. It was the single best investment we've made in the house. It's so much more efficient than the wood burning fireplace we had. Since then we've had it serviced twice (we should have it done more regularly we learned) - most recently yesterday (9/11/2018) and i have to say again how impressed i am with this business. Devon is so knowledgeable on all of the units, and helped us select 2 perfect gas inserts for our home! Cameron and his team arrived for installation, and were so friendly and professional! Rochester fireplace was awsome to work with. We chose them because of reviews. They did not let us down..from the showroom to financing, right down to the installation. It was an awsome experience. They even came back out to review operation after the RG&E people came out and turned on the gas. I Would highly recomend this company.
Cameron and crew (Jim and Jon) just finished installing a new FP for us, replacing our old unit, wall tiles, and hearth. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, they are polite and courteous, and they do great work. My wife and I could not be more pleased. And big Kudos to their office staff Devon and Kate. They answered all our questions in a timely and professional manner. Big thumbs up to Rochester Fireplace!!
