Not sure how the therapists are since I did not get past the rude behavior of the front desk girl on the phone. I hung up! If she is that unprofessional I wonder at the rest of the office. There is no way I want my daughter going there for help.
This center I would say has probably sixteen if not MORE counselors, therapists, & 3 licensed nurses. I'm not sure if those young receptionists even KNOW what they are doing at those desks. LET ALONE sending to the billing department??? I have BCBS....I have been billed incorrectly on TWO separate occasions, & DOUBLE billed on another!!! Obviously, BCBS has taken it to the next step in their department.
Great staff. Recommended!
