After a very bad experience with another dental office several years ago, I am much more at ease when I need to visit Dr. Hackley's office. The staff is very much aware of my personal needs and still they are always very pleasant and seem to care very much about you. I am very impressed with the fact that within approximately 24 hours of an office visit where work was done on you, you will receive a plesant courtesy call from the office to make sure you are doing okay. I find the dentist to be very nice. They give a clear breakdown of all charges and whats covered and not covered with insurance. Very easy to make an appointment and very flexible with their hours of opperation.
