the hygienist worked expertly and ensured I was comfortable and informed as possible.
The staff was great and professional
so only 1 thing. I was told that my insurance would cover 2 cleanings a year. so your group told me to sign up for 3 a year. I did so thinking that my cleaning would be covered because it was only my 2nd this year. I was told at closeout that I had to pay because my insurance would only cover cleanings that were more than 6 months apart. I should know my insurance but I hate that I find about this at checkout and not when I make the appoitment.
the dental hygienist goes the extra mile. I appreciate her concern.
