I feel like I'm going through a dental make over and honestly, aside from the pain of those damn needles in my gums during my visits, I have not experienced any serious pain afterwards.

Need to not book so close w/other appointments. Thinking my early appt wouldn't have me waiting at all-wrong. If I won't be seen until 15 min past my appt time-then give me a later appt. Why rush to be there in time?

I was greted promply and the front desk staff was very good about getting me an appointment. I did not wait at all.

Service was great and when your appt. is schedule for a particular time thats when you are seen.

I really like Dr. Hackley's practice. Her staff are friendly and professional. They use up-to-date tools, and I feel like I get very good dental care.

I actually came to the dental office because of the excellent experience that I had the last time I was there (I think it was 2005). The hygienist that cleaned my tooth did an excellent job, but I do not think she is employed there anymore. However, my experience this time around was good. I would give advised Dr. Hackley to have discussion time her patients though (for Q and A and consulting purposes).
