Cheese! – Rocco's has the best bargain for a great slice of pizza. They don't scrimp on the cheese either. Good atmosphere if you like an "urban" environment. Not for "foldable pizza" lovers. Rocco's actually makes a pizza with a crust!
Excellent – Even though I haven't lived in the Portland area for well over 4 1/2 years, I can still taste the awesome pizza slices that I used to get at Rocco's after a day spent over at Powell's across the way. They had the largest and most tastiest slices than any other pizzaria in town with lower prices than the rest for their size. They also had an ambiance that let you know that you were in the friendliest joint around.
More Bang for your Buck – Large slices, Very Economical, centrally located in downtown. I enjoy the experience every time
Heaven on Crust – Rocco's is a slice of New York. Great for late night munchies or for lunch after a morning of browsing at Powell's. Super fast and extra friendly!
Lot -o- pizza! – Rocco's offers pizza that is reasonably priced and the slices are LARGE!!
Excellent pizza – I'd say Rocco's is among the top 3 or 4 pizza places in Portland. And that's saying a lot, because Portland has the best pizza joints of any city I've lived in. Slices are big, with lots of toppings. A good place to grab a slice before or after hitting up Powell's Books.
