The doctor is very nurturing with her concern. Patient was a teenage girl worried about a mole that is being watched. Her grandfather had skin cancer.
First, I want to say I fully trust and appreciate Dr. Liotta's medical knowledge and advice. There is no doubt she knows her stuff. The main reason for the review was the bed side manor of the office. I came in for a body exam. When the staff came into the room... I felt very uncomfortable with just a paper covering me, and they were in no rush to close the door behind them. I did not wait long in the waiting room for my appointment. The doctor was friendly and it was a nice place.
The PA was very thorough in explaining what she was going to do and why she needed to do it.
