I had the worst experience of my life here today. I was promised my insurance was taken here when I made my appointment back in august. I was VERY clear that my insurance wasn’t covered at most dermatologist in Virginia and that I needed it to be checked that it would be taken. They took all my info and promised me that my insurance was taken here. I made it clear I would be driving over 100 miles to attend this appointment. Be careful and make sure to check billing and prices!! I was mislead on how much I was going to be billed. I spoke with the doctor on the first visit and was informed a price range much lower than I was actually billed for.

I just wanted to share how impressed I am with their COVID-19 procedures. I had an appointment the either day and was surprised to see the receptionist gowned up and wiping everything down every hour! I’ve always had a good experience here, but this really took the cake. Love this office!
He is the best doctor of the skin that you’ll ever find.

I’ve been breaking out with hive the past 15+ years and he’s the only doctor that found a solution to control the breakout. I highly recommend him for those who have hives that can't control
The staff is very efficient, the doctors are extremely thorough and very user friendly. Beyond glad for Dr. Kushigemachi’s recommendation.
