I am a current patient of Dr. Fanderclai. I tried getting an appointment a month ago but soonest appointment was 6 months away. Fortunately my husband mentioned that fact when he saw her and the staff got me in the next day. They even had enough time to do a skin check. Really like Dr Fanderclai.
I loved Dr. Amy but have unfortunately had to find another office. The office staff is rude and act annoyed when you call. I scheduled an appointment for my son and was cut off before it was confirmed, called back 3 minutes later (since they hadn't attempted to call me back) and they had already given it away and told me they couldn't get me in for 2 more months for his appt and couldn't schedule a full body check up for 5 months. Great doctor, awful office staff.
They are very professional, polite, courteous and caring. My doctor did not act like she didn't want to touch me. She is very thorough and concerned. Highly recommend Forefront Dermatology O'Fallon.
