I called to ask about the resident selection criteria (how are residents selected and approved) The leasing agent told me she didn’t understand. Once I explained to her what i meant her reply to me was “and you’re asking about this because” well maybe because I was looking at some of the apartments. She asked me which apartment and I told her. Robtco Property Management is the worse! I had to constantly call to be told I was not approved. Once they get you $50 application fee you don't hear back from them. They told me the owner of the apartment went with another applicant. If that is so why is the Condo still on hotpads. I had a friend call to see if it wad still available and they told her YES! Really I thought owner went with someone else! They even called and asked if I wanted to come out and view the same Apartment again! No thanks I found a place in the buil... read more
