I came in during a busy part of the day to get my ring resized while shopping. Javier o. helped me, while simultaneously training a coworker and helping other guests. He was very pleasant to talk to, made me feel important and kept a smile on his face all while multitasking. and BONUS! They told me my ring would be ready in a week, but I got a call a few short hours later!

Poor customer service. Sad that an owner will argue and accuse someone of being the problem before even listening and understanding what happened. Will not do business here. Future customers should be aware that if they do business here, there is a chance you will not get good customer service because clearly the staff and owner lack basic business etiquette.
Absolutely horrible service at every level including the owner. My sister has spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years in this store and today is the last dollar she will spend there! She put $700 down to have custom earrings SHE designed made with some of her older pieces... after weeks of being ignored and snobbed she'd had enough and asked for a full refund only to be told they were going to charge $500 for the print and mold wax... if you want to be treated poorly and screwed out of a ton of money then this is y... read more
The people at Robson’s Diamond Jewelers are AMAZING! I had a triple-band ring that needed to be resized but because of the way the diamonds were set in line with the bands, other jewelers wouldn’t touch it. I took the ring to Robson’s for one final opinion and they carefully examined the ring and explained the unique resizing process in a way that was easy for me to understand.
