I've purchased a custom engagement ring, wedding band, watch, had jewelry repaired/cleaned and had a pistol engraved at Robson's. The staff is warm, professional and knowledgeable. Mandy Darr and Paul Hargrave are wonderful ambassadors for this business.
Store manager Paul did not display manners and simply does not show all customers respect... Particularly if he does not see dollar signs when the customer walks in the door. If you want decent service from the manager, please dress appropriately. It's a shame, considering the past Robson tradition.
Love this place.. I actually worked here for a short period in the 80's.. Norman's a very nice man.. last Christmas Eve I came in there looking for something special for my daughter and he fixed me right up! Merry Christmas!
Went to Robson's Diamond Jewelers with the wife. Everyone was pleasant and eager to help. Paul spent a lot of time with us and gave us a great deal. We were there for the Trunk sale . We were shown many items. Wendy Collard and Paul worked together to make sure my wife was happy with her purchase. They even cleaned some of her jewelry from another company. Great service, we will definitely be back. Thanks to Paul
