.....But these guys are amazing. I haven't been to a dentist in some time, and I have a bit of a 'dental journey' in front of me, but I can't imagine not embarking on it with these guys. Everyone is super friendly, taking time to make sure I understand what's going on, and they're very careful to understand exactly what you want as a customer. A true delightful experience.
Normally I hate dentists... .....But these guys are amazing. Very courteous staff, professional and efficient while still being personal. Sometimes unsure when comments are directed to me versus between staff while in the chair with my eyes closed. Since I can't really ask questions I would have appreciated a little bit more commentary about each step in the process. I realize some patients may not like that and I could have asked for it up front.

I have never liked going to the dentist, but going to Dr. Vander Linden's practice is not so bad! The staff is always friendly and professional. They actually know you as a person (for instance, remembering the last time I was in that I was taking a vacation trip and asking this time how it was). They are good about explaining what they are doing and why they are making a recommendation, say, to have a crown and giving updates on the general condition of my teeth.
