As always my experience was as good as it gets at the dentist!! I have one minor comment....Jessica, the "new girl" seemed very knowledgeable for her first day. However, she sprayed me with the water nozzle and didn't use the water extractor very well. I am very okay with what she did, but others might not be. I'm thinking little old ladies. I'm sure she will become more proficient every day. Carol Cole
