Literally called 20 times during normal business hours no one picked up doesn’t even have a voivemail to leave call back info just keeps naming their hours of operation and to call back yet it was hours of operation and I called 20 times with no answer!!!
The billing manager, who is Robinson's husband, has no idea what he's doing. Even when you call the office, with your insurance company on the line, to let him know what your copay is. He does not care! He will charge you what he wants to, unless you file a complaint with your insurance company and then his tune changes! If you're billed wrong, file complaint with the insurance company, he will charge you what you should be charged. But do not expect an itemized bill, oh no, he has idea what that is. This place is a fraudulent practice. The sign in the front says 6-8 weeks for your diagnosis, that is a complete lie. Everyone here will lie to your face, promise you a “report” that you already paid for. I paid these clowns over 600 in August, it’s two days before Thanksgiving November 25, no report. I finished my testing back in early September. They have had over two months to write their report. I took my grandson here for testing, 4 visits (DOS) of which I had already verified my coverage and benefits through my insurance and was told it would be a $25 copay. Which I paid $100 for all 4 visits. Now they are calling me after it’s been almost 2 mths since his visit and a month after his last visit to tell me the will not release his testing score until I pay them. $422! For what might I ask?
