Office is disgusting. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Experience is in line with all of the other poor reviews documented, but unfortunately insurance forces your hand in decisions.
Smdh!! I literally contacted the office, and someone inadvertently answered the phone and was clearly discussing about INSTAGRAM and other peoples business. Than after she realized the phone was on, she quickly put the on hold and returned to the call like she’s professional. This was a complete turn off and an absolute Hell No for me.
Get a new receptionist at Gary street, your current one is unprofessional and rude. Don’t go here if you need your child to be tested. They waited until the very last day of my sons testing to tell me “oh by the way you owe us 500$ bc of insurance” and are now refusing to provide the results of my sons testing. Looks like from other reviews this is a pattern for this place. DO NOT GO HERE
