I have lived at Roberts Mill for about 3 years. I like the neighborhood, people are nice & the staff is excellent. Maintenance is completed quickly. The amenities here are great. I live close to the pool & the playground which comes in handy when family visits.
I like it here. This is the first apartment for me in the US. So far so good. Maintenance is good and stuff are helpful. Sometimes I had to wait for some time for my maintenance, but nothing earth shattering.
Slept over at my GF's apartment. You can hear the neighbor snoring upstairs. Her basement has flooded too. #Ghettolife.
If you plan on staying more than one year, make sure you have an attorney ready for the new lease, and for military families, don't stay more than 1 year, cause the "discount" only applies for 1 year, then your rent gets rolled in any form or fashion they choose, and it will be vaguely and/or stated in an overly complex fashion that your rent will go up "$20" but really It's $100. I love living here. The atmosphere is great and so is the maintenance crew. Just to mention a few John, Titus and Matt are all exceptional. Don't know anyone else but I'm sure they are all great as well. Keep up the good work guys. You are greatly appreciated!!!!
