Over two months now, still waiting for my security deposit. Terrible service and imposible to contact the office.

Just renewed my lease for another 12 months. I love this property. The office and maintenance folks are awesome. Its quiet here, and I feel safe. If I could have moved the slider over to ten years, I would have! 🤓

Whenever I've had a problem they've always been prompt in resolving it. Heat went out with these cold spells recently and the maintenance team was here in ten minutes after I made the call. issue was resolved within thirty minutes once they arrived. They've also worked around my schedule since I do work from home as well which has been helpful in making sure I can work undisturbed. The staff has always been very pleasant, and Jessie is an absolute gem.

Reimburse tenants for burned and ripped clothing from their old janky dryer. Fix leaking radiators/heating system that make puddles in the basement rather than just having "wet floor" signs constantly up. Pursue retribution from and prosecution of thieves who steal residents' packages from their buildings. Update electrical wiring so that you can run an 1100- watt microwave, coffee maker and toaster at the same time. This should NOT pop a breaker with only these three small items running. This place is awful. I'm disabled well we currently have 1 working elevator the other is getting upgraded which is to take 10 to 14 weeks to do. So last week the working one breaks. I can not walk but ended up crawling up 3 flights of steps bc no one knew when it would be fixed. This week the fire alarm went off I .could not get downstairs thankfully it was a false alarm but if it wasn't myself and my 2 kids would be stuck in on the 3rd floor. I recently moved out of this complex and have had many problems before now. The management sucks! They accused us of not paying rent even though we had proof of our money order being deposited in the same account it went in each month. When we showed the manager the proof they said that it doesn't show in our account so it was not our problem and we need to pay (again). They do not EVER answer emails or phone calls. There is mold everywhere...in the basement and in the apartments. There was mold in all the windows and in my ... read more

I would not recommend someone just because of parking issue. There is no parking after 7p.m. I have been living here for last 2 years like the community no issue with maintenance. My husband comes late from work he always have to park at my mom's house and walk from there. This is the only issue especially from last 4 months we pay rent but no parking. We are considering to move from here where we will get parking.
