This management team is pathetic. They never want to respond to your concerns. Basically it’s your problem, not theirs. The prepping of the apartment prior to moving in is also pathetic. They overpaint the baseboard heat, which reduces the radiant heat. The doors aren’t the correct size. The fixtures in the shower are crooked. The gutters are clogged, and rain water washes mud onto the sidewalks and into your apartment. They just don’t seem to give a damn, just your money. And they are small, overpriced apartments. I have a problem with the heat and AC since I moved in here in 2015 they are keeping fixing it but the problem still the same , i'm tired from calling the office reporting for a problem , and the lady who answering the phone is so rude, you deserve no star because when you hire someone to receive residence calls it has to be polite.

My fiancé and I have lived at Roberts Mill for 2 years and we love it. The location is percfect and we couldnt ask for better neighors. The complex offers so much and we literally have it all in our backyard. From the dog park, pool, or fitness center we take advantage of it all! I've recommended Roberts Mill Complex before and I will continue to in the future. It really is everything we were looking for.
