This place is absolute trash. Their maintenance is terrible and they don’t care about the residents. They charge a stupid amount for rent and in return you get violent neighbors, limited hot water, the constant smell of weed, flooding, maintenance men who don’t do their job and more! We waited months and months for a new dishwasher until ours flooded our kitchen. They then left us with a flooded kitchen for numerous days. Then they come up with excuses. Great staff, and Beautiful property
I have been a resident since Dec 2020, so far im very pleased with my apartment. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Im proud to be a Marylander resident.
Never go there. Please look all the bad reviews down. It is the worst customer care. I moved out and had a deposit. I called for that and looks like they sent it to collection for the damages I have never done. It is the nightmare you will get into. Besides they are charging for you utilities which they don’t have individual meters for. It is a scam place

Moved out and had a balance after that needed to be paid. Turns out it was sent to collection 3 days after I moved out, how great! Only learned about the balance when I called asking where my deposit was 2 weeks later. These were legitimate debts but problem was the legality of the matter. Morgan Properties violated the law and did not provide written notice of the debts before an attempt to collect was made. I brought this up to the PA Attorney General they reached out to Morgan Properties and they just chose not to respond... read more
This is the worst rental property I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t fix anything, they let my roof cave in and black mold grow in my bathroom, I’ve called for months and still no response. The buildings are ghetto and not taken care of, security doors are broken. Don’t live here, ever.
