Had Roberts for the first time in a long time, and I really missed the food. Natalie did an outstanding job at the drive through, making enough conversation to make it personal. Great Job!
It's interesting reading some of the comments regarding some customers negative experiences at Roberts. We have NEVER had such negative or disappointing service or order snafu's or anything close to it. In fact, it's been the exact opposite. Can't ever recall a time when we weren't greeted by a happy, smiling, eager face at the register. We have been 100% satisfied each time we visit. I'm just saying.....

Will you EVER get the order right?. EVERY time we go through the drive up...you get it WRONG. What is so hard about getting the flavor custard you order. We should NOT have to try to check the order in the dark to see if its what was ordered! I can't tell you how MANY MANY times we've gotten all the way home, opened the bag to find instead of a burger and fries we have fish or a salad. I've gotten a hamburger instead of the ordered cheeseburger, onion rings instead of the fries i ordered. Tonight I went through the drive up.... read more
