First time here today. Got a buffalo and blue cheese burger with curly fries... It was super! Great service, great food. I will definitely be back.

My coworker just picked up an order of 7 sandwiches. The order was all messed up. We knew it would be because when the order was being called in, you could just tell. I asked for tomatoes but got ketsup. Other sandwiches are messed up as well. The worst part is, my hamburger is not fully cooked. It's still a little raw. Unfortunately, I didn't pay too much attention until it was 3/4 gone. I really hope there is no EColi attached to this burger. I do have a photo of the rest of it.

In my investigation of this order, Sherrie, I'm looking at all of our "larger" call-in orders during lunch. As is often the case, these orders are called in by someone assigned to do so rather than us speaking to each individual. Just wondering what the name on the order was and also the name of the person who called and who would have picked it up. If it was the same person across the board. We are regular customers of Roberts and I know it was crowded on Sunday, I waited for my order and can truly say it was worth the wait!! Thank you Roberts for being part of our Packer day! Merry Christmas to you, your family and staff!

Staff always hard working and willing to please. Great team work especially on those half off days on burgers and wings! Not sure a lot of us could handle that kind of stress the way Robert's staff does it. Well done!! We all appreciate it! ;)
