It's all about money here. Was seen for a rash on leg by nurse practitioner and give Rx to treat and cure. Office wanted a follow up visit (for billing insurance and $50 co pay). No follow up appointment granted. Called for possible skin cancer evaluation and staff wouldn't make an appointment for me. Went to another provider and had Mohs surgery to remove cancer.
Dr. Roberts is awesome. She is so attentive to details. She and her staff are extremely personable. Her office is clean, and warm...no shivering in a Johnny while waiting to be seen. I’ve been seeing her for several years, and she’s always punctual also.
I have been seeing Dr. Roberts for more than 10 years. She has always had a wonderful manner and has been very thorough in her evaluations. Follow-up is very good-she is the only doctor who will call me personally instead of having a nurse to call to relay a message. She also sees my husband and my young son and has been fantastic with us all. Highly recommended!
I was never able to see the MD because the office Manager wouldn't let me book an appointment with her. She was rude and argumentative on several different occations. I saw the PA and then requested to see the MD for a full body check. I have had skin cancer several times in the last couple of years so I wanted the MD to do the full body check. I ended up canceling my PA appt instead of continuing to beg the Manager to approve me to see the MD.
Good experience. Knowledgeable and thoughtful. I will be going back.
