Awesome staff and doctor. I saw him this morning. He spent plenty of time with me. Evaluated my throat and what I thought was going to cause me extreme anxiety turned out pretty good. He is going to gather all my records and discuss my condition with my other doctors to render his medical opinion. You can’t ask for anything better.
I have been to Dr Robert’s 3-4 times. I always was taken back an hour late. Then I had to wait longer back in a room due to the late people ahead of me. I saw in the staff and nurses faces this was embarrassing to them. The office mgr was no help. Appointments are scheduled in 10 minute increments. You can’t spend time with patients and be late during the day This snowballs. I received 2 texts, one email and 1 phone call to be on time but the dr cannot do the same. This is very rude. I have gone to Dr Robert’s for many years and he’s performed a complex surgery on both of my ears. I totally trust him and always enjoy seeing him at my regularly scheduled appointments. He’s always very personable, attentive and thorough in his treatments and explanations. I highly recommend him!
I had an appt for 11:25 am and at 12 pm was told that he was running an hour and a half late. I was coming to see him because the pain medication wasn’t working. 3 days after my surgery I’m being told I had to come in to discuss increasing my pain meds after they made me feel like I was in the wrong asking for different medication. So I’m sitting here now over an hour bleeding from the procedure I had a couple of days ago and being made to sit in his offices until he’s ready to see patients. I went to Dr. Roberts with an issue with my thyroid. He was very thorough and took his time explaining and answering my questions. I feel so comfortable that he has my best interests at heart. I will be seeing him again in 10 day’s for further testing.
Dr. Roberts has a trifecta of abilities: wonderful personality, knowledgeable Doctor, expert surgeon. He takes time to listen and answers all questions, you do not feel rushed. Dr. Roberts removed a tumor on my neck, which required almost a 2 hour surgery. Great results and rapid recovery.
I was referred to Dr. Roberts for chronic sinus infections. When I arrived, the check-in person commented to her co-worker that it was ridiculous that I come to Dr. Roberts for that. The doctor treated me the same way—as if he was above treating me. He then scheduled me for a CT. My next appointment went the same way with a 2 hour wait before being called in to the treatment room. Dr. Roberts is a wonderful and caring doctor. He is through, helpful, positive and has a great sense of humor. I am so happy we found him. He is the BEST!!
