My grandmother was admitted for an infection and during the night her jaw dislocated--not one Dr in that whole freaking hospital was able to help reset her jaw. I ended up coming and doing it myself after 2 ORAL SURGERY RESIDENTS walked in and told my aunt that they didn't know how to fix the jaw problem. I feel like sending the hospital a bill for my time since I had to find a babysitter AND CALL OUT OF WORK in order to go help my grandmother.

The emergency was dirty and nurses was rude even ask to do their job very disappointing on the emergency service
Pain management & neurology department has extremely nasty mean & incompetent workers.I will be contacting newspaper & channel 12 news.already contacted lawyer and mental health doc.

When I was in Robert wood Johnson University Hospital The night staff on June 11,2017 did not give me my 5 pm and 11 pm TOPIRAMATE MEDS and that's twice in one night Your employees should get fired for not giving me my meds.
Worst experience by far. I came into the er presenting with abdominal pain and "female problems". I was put in the pediatric wing and given a teenage male with his father as my roommate. Once he was discharged they put another teenage male with hisnhiy friend in the room. I find that extremely inconsiderate given the situation I was having and the topic the doctors were talking about. Then today I called to get results of a test they did faces to me. All of my family doctors are from RWJH. It makes things so much easier because they all talk to each other to make sure that we are getting the best of help. Also RWJCH saved my son's life. At 4 weeks old he was having difficulty breathing and when I took him to another hospital they sent him right back home. Took to RWJ ER, they found the problem and admitted him right away. My son woke up on 7/5/17 with his eye all red and swelled up. His regular pediatrician wasn't in that day, so we came here. I explained that my son has autism so checking him out will be difficult. The nurses and doctor were very good with him. All it was was an insect bite. The ONLY issue I had was that we had to pay the $100.00 right there. I have the same insurance I had 2 years ago when my daughter was admitted and didn't have to pay upfront. What if I didn't have the money to pay? Would my child have been put out in the... read more
