No, they've never taken personal calls with me How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

It appears as if most people simply use the draft review. Not so good. While I've had satisfactory care from this provider - things like having carpeting in rooms where operations take place really makes me wonder. I also found it impossible to talk to Dr Sussman via phone. It appears that the only way to speak with him is to schedule an appointment.

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this podiatrist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great
