When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
