They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. What an absolutely terrifying experience! This man should have his medical license revoked--period. Let me just say that I currently see another psychiatrist who is kind, conscientious, professional, and has proven immeasurably adept at finding the best regimen for my well being. Dr. Hoffman, however, seemed to lack any kind of road map for prescribing medication. He threw FOUR different medications at me at once. I had horrendous side effects that left me completely incapacitated for over a month. But I'll never know which ... read more
He's amazing seriously he is the best dr. just so helpful,and right on. He really takes the time to listen and get to the problem and really help not just go through the motions. he has helped tremendously and couldn't ask for anything more.
