I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. Robert Hoffmann has saved my life and I am very grateful for everything he has helped me with. He listens well and makes sure the medication(s) and dose(s) are exactly right for me. He also cares for my physical health and makes sure my blood work is done every once in a while to check all blood levels are exactly where they need to be. He always answers the phone when I need to talk to him and takes care of any matter right away. I would reccomend hem for anyone.
