Dr Bruce is a wonderful doctor.
Third visit. He dx the cause of my husband's hip and knee pain as spinal stenosis and referred him for steroid shots. He is efficient and precise.
Dr Bruce was very impersonal and detached. He went through the exam steps protocol and then sent me on my way providing no feedback whatsoever about my condition. Sent me to get a pain shot - dismissed!!
I had my original knee replacement nov 2018. I got along fine until Jan then went down hll. Went back to Dr Bruce and found out three days later my kneecap was fractured. I had not fallen or anythng. Had 2nd surgery to repair it and ligament then two weeks later found it was displaced on my knee. Now he wants to take out kneecap. In th meantime I have lost most of knee mobility due to wearing knee immobilizer. Not pleased with his casual attitude either.
He has replaced both of my knees one five years ago another last year .... great job!!!!
I am happy to say Dr. BRUCE has returned me back to my love of the outdoors. I had three opinions on my knee and Dr. Bruce was the only one who said he will fix my knee and have me back to my love of sports. Had a total knee replacement by Dr. Bruce six months ago and today I ran my first timed run. Happy to say, I was able to finish second in my age group. He is so positive and listens to all your needs and concerns. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Robert Bruce.
Dr. Bruce has done arthoplasty on both my hands and I am very pleased with the results. He isn’t super chatty, but that doesn’t bother me. I like to get in and out.
Dr. Bruce performed a total left hip replacement. Surgery went without a hitch and I am doing well 6 weeks after surgery(no cane, doing stairs easily, driving, etc.). Dr. Bruce is very direct and to the point about your condition. He diagnosed my hip problem immediately and the surgery was scheduled quickly. I would recommend him without hesitation. Only problem is with the communications system at KCBJ. A lack of voice mail makes contact difficult.
Less than impressed. The staff at KC Bone and Health is very friendly and courteous. However I can not say the same thing about Dr. Bruce., after waiting over an hour to be seen, he was curt . I am not sure if he wasn't listening or just didn't care..
