Wonderful front office and dental staff - great dentist you can trust with your whole family!
When I visit Dr. Motley and his staff. They act like they are glad to see me and are very helpful. I feel as though I'm going to visit friends.
Truly professional and courteous and caring at the same time :-) I have been going to Dr. Motley for over twenty years. My confidence in Dr. Motley and his staff has been continuous and I now take my Mom to him because they have shown that their first concern is the patient and not the bill. I had to call and get an emergency appointment because i have a broken tooth...several, actually. They got me in the next day. All of the staff is so nice and caring. I have really bad anxiety, so going to the dentist is hard for me...I even had my mom come along. They were all so caring and understanding and made me feel at ease. When we left my mom even said that she's going to set up an appointment with Dr. Motley! Would definitely recommend this place!
Sounds strange, but it is always a positive experience to go to an appointment with Dr. Motley. The staff is as caring, professional, and attentive as is Dr. Motley. Ten stars for them and many thanks for taking care of me over the years. I used to drive from Austin when I lived there to keep Dr. Motley as my dentist.
My visit at Dr. Motley's office has always been the best. I strongly dislike the term "Dentist Office" but Dr. Motley and his staff makes my visits very comfortable. They have the greatest personal hygiene (Amy) and Dr. Motley is the ... Best!! I have been a patient for over 25 years...... What more can I say. I first visited Dr. Max in 1983 and have been a client in some form or another since then. He kept me from having to have false teeth until no other procedure was available. He then fitted me with implants and has serviced those thru the years. My wife has MS and fell breaking front teeth which Dr. Max repaired to look as natural. His most recent treatment for her required over a year to complete. This was due to her going to a dentist in the town where we live trying to keep from driving 155 miles from Dr. Max's office.
