Cleaning started about 15 minutes late of the schedule appointment. Hygienist was professional and cleaned the teeth in a timely manner. After cleaning, Dr. Motley examined my teeth and found a small problem. At check out, I scheduled my next appointment and was given an estimate cost for the next procedure including what insurance would pay.
I always find the personnel friendly, courteous and helpful. The offices are clean and the wait time is minimal.
My experience was great as usual. I was called back at my appt. time, my teeth were cleaned thoroughly, Max came in to look at my teeth and asked me if I was having any problems, and I was out of there. Very efficient operation.
I have never had a bad experience with Dr Motley or his staff. My visit was quick and painless.
Dr. Motley and his wonderful staff went out of their way to make sure my mother could see them about a sore tooth before they began a well deserved vacation. They stayed late at the office in order to accommodate an office visit for my 80+ year old mother and made sure that she got the appropriate treatment before they left town so she wouldn't have to wait a week to see them.

It is always a pleasure to visit Dr. Max Motley's office. His front staff is welcoming and kind, and he and his dental assistants are excellent. This is a dentist whom you can trust.
Service today was excellent as usual. Staff very professional and outstanding customer service. Have been going to Dr. Motley for over 20 plus years and have always been pleased with the service.
