Robert Lance is absolutely amazing. I brought my aunt with me to talk about getting a custom wedding band made, so she decided to being a very sentimental family ring that belonged to our deceased aunt. On the spot he had the ring resized, and putting it on for the first time in 3 years brought tears to her eyes. When she asked how much the resizing cost was, he told her that the emotion she showed when she put the ring on was payment enough. I will never go to another jeweler again
