Doesn’t document timely first visit I had to wait a day for my prior notes second visit. The staff told me he hadn’t even started the day before then we had the weekend now it’s Monday going into Tuesday. He still has yet to Chart, his documentation. Do not recommend, especially if you have to work with workers comp and he’s too lazy to chart Lakeland regional Should get him a scribe
