We have been coming to the VA here in Wichita for many years now. Yes the walks are long sometimes long between appointments. Its not easily fixed when your cramped into one facility with so many departments. It helps that the volunteers and staff are so amazing and helpful. I want to thank the Robert J. Dole Veteran's facility for being a part of our family's journey.
I have been going to this VA for my medical for YEARS. I have seen nothing but one improvement after another. Sure, I could go anywhere, but why do I need to do that when this VA has taken such good care of me.
In the past years it took months to be seen now days I think that's a great turn around and the staff are much more polite and helpful
