In my opinion, Ritter should not be allowed to do any type surgery. He put me in shock after ripping through my urethra stricture without any pain medication. The ER nurse was begging him to stop or give me some type of pain medication. In my opinion he's extremely incompetent as I've heard other medical staff speak of his barbaric treatment of patients.
