It was rushed, I understand. He was on call and was doing a procedure that today longer than he thought. So he was behind .
I just moved to Canyon Texas and am getting lined up with my new doctors. I met with Dr. Ritter and think he knows his stuff. I am proud to have him as my doctor.
We had a lot of questions, Dr. Ritter was great at answering our questions and not rushing us.
It was just a few minutes in the waiting room and in the exam room. Everyone was pleasant. Dr Ritter is always pleasant and easy to talk to.
Having to call my PCP to obtain a referral should not be necessary for appointments that are scheduled one year in advance. If my doctor's admin staff are that slow, you may need to start calling them on Jan. 2 just to get my referral for April. Spent more time in waiting room than was probably necessary. The wait in the exam room also took quite a while. Other than that, Dr. Ritter performs the exam as efficiently and painlessly as possible. It's just too bad there is not much that can be done about my condition.
The Dr was very help full in answered to my questions I will see him again in 3 months

Staff and Dr Ritter very friendly and thorough.
The worst doctor ever! Doesnt care if you are in pain and definitely doesnt care about your time! He will schedule you as his first appointment of the day at 8 am but will meander into work around 9. He's always late even to his surgeries. Even if you are his first of the day. I do take into consideration that it maybe the hospital or other doctor's surgeries that cause the delay. But if that is the case, he needs to be more transparent and notify the patient as such.
