I went online to KOC.com around 2:00 pm. I booked an appointment at 3:20 that afternoon, just over an hour! I had to rush to get there, it was so soon! I was thinking that I would be waiting a week for an appointment, but instead, I got to choose my appointment for that afternoon! Dr.Smith was great! Diagnosis, plan, questions answered! Then on my way home! It was so convenient and easy!
Dr. Robert Smith and his support staff at the office, Park West and the KOC Surgery Center have been very friendly and encouraging throughout my total knee replacement and recovery.
He's an excellent surgeon! He fixed my knee and only 3 weeks since surgery and I already have more movement than before. I can't thank him enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
