The check in girls looked like they would rather be having a root canal instead of being there doing their job. The girl who took me to my room wasn’t even trying to be nice and hardly said two words to me. The waiting room was full of noisy children and one screaming toddler. Dr. Smith was nice but clearly extremely busy. He was shifting side to side and talking really fast, which made me start talking fast. Dr. Smith takes the time to let you understand what is going on with your issue ( the good and the bad) and takes care of business
Had to wait an hour and 45 mins to see the doctor. My appoitment was scheduled at 11:00 am and didn’t see the doctor til around 12:45 pm.
Dr. Smith has great bedside manner, very thorough and excellent at what he does.
