My knees were horrible. The injections initially helped. When they didn’t help, we elected surgery. He was very thorough when describing what could happen and very thorough about the recovery process. And as a side note, the scarring doesn’t look too bad. When this one heals, I will be going back for number 2. Now number 2 is scheduled for May. Thank you Dr Smith. You care about outcome. And do an excellent job.
I went online to KOC.com around 2:00 pm. I booked an appointment at 3:20 that afternoon, just over an hour! I had to rush to get there, it was so soon! I was thinking that I would be waiting a week for an appointment, but instead, I got to choose my appointment for that afternoon! Dr.Smith was great! Diagnosis, plan, questions answered! Then on my way home! It was so convenient and easy!
