Just so patients know, I too was treated as John’s review. I happened to be there for my appt to get tests results also. I had waited well past my appointment time, so advised the front desk I had another appt in Blue Ridge and wanted to know about how long it would be, if it was too much longer, could I please just pick up my results ? Dr Marcum is very knowledgeable, professional and polite and will go beyond to help you. As well as his staff. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good doctor.
The clinic is not good place, but Dr. Marcum is worse. The Doctor is not very forthcoming with answering your questions and seems to always be in a hurry. Also when he is backed up (I sat for 30 minutes past my appointment time and was told it would be 50 more minutes to see him) with appointments his staff doesn't bother to tell you you will have a extended wait to see him.
