Video visit or lack there of didn't work because the UPMC app is trash. Dr unwilling to meet in person or on the phone. Wouldnt accommodate because of their technology failures and wanted to waste more of my time by rescheduling. I'll go elsewhere.
Great Drs, terrible answering service and call backs. Left multiple voicemails for call backs over two weeks later no call back. it makes it hard justifying seeing a doctor you can't follow up with or get on the phone with the office about anything.
Dr Hower and the staff were so awesome. Not only professional but also very kind and attentive.
