Agent representing rentals use deceptive practices to get you to apply for the rental. I was told if I applied and the application went well then I would receive the rental. I have this in written communication. I held off applying because I was over qualified for the rental and wanted to ensure it wouldn’t be a waste of money. The morning after I applied the agent for Robert C White told me that they decided to go with another rental offer which was never disclosed prior.
Roberto was a joy to work with! He arrived on time and fixed all our issues!
