Ever since this company has taken over where I live we have had terrible communication, MAJOR issues with snow removal, including this past weeks snow storm where we got 18 INCHES OF SNOW on Sunday and it is now FRIDAY AFTERNOON, AND STILL NO SNOW REMOVAL!!! I am a resident at a property that is managed by this company, and all of the tenants in our building have had a terrible time ever since this company took over... This past Sunday (1/25/26) was a major snow storm where we got over 18 inches of snow. Today is Friday 1/30/26 and we STILL have not been plowed out despite snow removal and on-site parking being a part of our lease agreement.
