After receiving excellent service from Lance when we rented the property and recently purchased. He helped us getting the process done without any problems. He has good results and great demeanor.
My mother was their tenant until she passed away in December 2024. They charged rent to her account for 3 months after she died, despite stating nothing would be owed after she died. I had also made sure to empty the apartment within one month after her passing. I have called them every few weeks to check in about this as I was told the money would be refunded, however they have stopped communicating and thus have stolen thousands from my deceased mother. I rent an apartment through them. They are extremely good. I am never left in the dark, the repairs I have needed have been made promptly. I highly recommend them.
I would like to thank your Maintenance Mgr. Jonathan for his promptness in scheduling a Pest Control Pro to rid me of the Wasp's Nest inside the Enclosed Back Door Room. I submitted this Meld about 8:30 pm on 7/9/2025. He acknowledged the Meld shortly thereafter, even though this occurred during non-business hours! After I found and photographed the Wasp's Nest the next morning, he scheduled a Pest Control company to come out to rid me of the Wasp's Nest. By 11 am on 7/10/2025; the Wasp's Nest was destroyed!
