Fantastic, compassionate care..
Waited hours to be seen
I have only the best to say about Dr. Goldstein and his staff. The assistants are very knowledgeable and to the point. I too had to wait for about an hour and a half but would want the same service that they were giving the patient before me if I needed it.
I’m very disappointed, I made my appointment for 12 PM to go in for an colonoscopy and the office reached out to me to come in an hour early, which would be 11. They told me to get there 15 mins early to my appointment. I came in with my paperwork filled out ready to go. I waited 3 hours before even being taking back. When I asked why I was asked to come in an hour early if they were so busy (simply just wondering) I was given an attitude and told they don't know why I was called, as they were ordering food around patients w... read more
