They found the issue quickly and gave an estimate for replacing the defect part & refilling the refrigerant, or replacement of the whole unit (its 10 years old) within an hour of arriving. They were quick, concise and professional.
Always outstanding and honest. **** replaced an old thermostat and performed service check on my old AC unit. He explained what he was going to do and showed me a few things while doing so since I wanted to learn. ******* was explained upfront. I received a call 15 minutes prior to arrival and on time as they said they would be. They have been my service provider for 18 years.

The technician arrived on time, was very courteous, and professional. He agreed to bring me the filter from my de-humidifying unit so I could clean it while he was working on the heat system; the de-humidifier is not part of the heating system, so technically this is not his problem, but he cheerfully brought me the filter and replaced it after I cleaned it. Robert B.Payne is always a great company to look after my heating/cooling system; they never let me down.
