Timely arrival on the day of installation all questions addressed, very satisfied with installation.
The technician was wonderful. Arrived on time even though the roads were icy. Knowledgeable about my system. Told me things to look about for. Made necessary adjustments. Very thorough. Great experience.
The technician was very personable and took the time to answer questions. While doing the heating inspection he replaced a poorly functioning capacitor and there have been no issues since. I have used RB Payne for many years and have found them to be top notch.
