These folks are THE BEST. They do what's promised, when it's promised, and for the price that is promised. The techs/repair folks know what they are doing and can explain what has to be done, and why. They've replaced both AC units in this 23 year old house, the furnace, and now the water heater. Had a problem with a blower fan a while back and they were there the next day to replace it, no charge. They found the issue quickly and gave an estimate for replacing the defect part & refilling the refrigerant, or replacement of the whole unit (its 10 years old) within an hour of arriving. They were quick, concise and professional.
Always outstanding and honest. **** replaced an old thermostat and performed service check on my old AC unit. He explained what he was going to do and showed me a few things while doing so since I wanted to learn. ******* was explained upfront. I received a call 15 minutes prior to arrival and on time as they said they would be. They have been my service provider for 18 years.
